  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan.
  2. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the softened cream cheese to the sugar mixture and blend until smooth.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then add the vanilla extract.
  6. Add the dry ingredients gradually to the creamy mixture, alternating with the milk.
  7. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  8. Transfer the batter to your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Cool the bread in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
