Brownie Trifle

An indulgent Brownie Trifle layered with rich brownies, chocolate pudding, and fluffy whipped cream, perfect for gatherings or treating yourself.

  • 1 package NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Brownies & More Chocolate Baking Mix
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 package Instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • 2 cups Cold milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, then chill.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken, then gradually add sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  6. Layer the brownies, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream in a trifle dish, repeating layers and ending with whipped cream.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For variations, consider adding mint extract, peanut butter, fresh fruits, or coffee granules to the layers.
