  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
