  • 1 cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (vegan if dairy-free)
  • 23 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning (dairy-free option available)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter (or dairy-free butter)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by gathering and measuring out all your ingredients for a smoother cooking process.
  2. Combine the cream base: In a large mixing bowl, add soft cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add the good stuff: Fold in chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning.
  4. Taste and adjust: Sample your dip and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Prepare for baking: Transfer the dip mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish and even out the top with a spatula.
  6. Panko topping time: Melt butter and mix with Panko breadcrumbs. Spread over the dip.
