  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Melted Butter
  • 1 Cup of All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • A Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with grease or parchment paper.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl until light and frothy.
  5. Combine sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla with the eggs, whisking until smooth.
  6. Mix in the mashed bananas, then fold in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
