Juicy Homemade Ground Beef Meatballs

Delicious homemade meatballs perfect for family dinners, packed with flavor and nostalgia.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep a large mixing bowl and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in the mixing bowl.
  4. Shape about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each meatball.
  5. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

You can prepare the meatballs in advance and refrigerate them. They can also be frozen uncooked and baked when ready.
