  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
