Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin

A simple yet impressive dish featuring tender pork enveloped in a rich, garlicky butter sauce, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 pound Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Butter, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the pork dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the pork in a large oven-safe skillet with melted butter until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic and herbs to the skillet; infuse the butter for about 1 minute.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for 5-10 minutes, and slice to serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, create a pan sauce with the leftover garlic-butter by adding a splash of white wine or broth.
