Grilled Pineapple with Ice Cream

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ice cream (any flavor)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pineapple by slicing off the top and bottom, then cutting it into thick slices.
  2. Make the glaze by mixing brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  4. Brush one side of the pineapple slices with the glaze and place them on the grill.
  5. Flip the pineapple after 3-4 minutes and glaze the other side.
  6. Serve your grilled pineapple warm with a scoop of ice cream on top.

Notes

Drizzle with extra honey and garnish with mint for serving.
