No-Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Jars

A creamy, tart filling layered with sweet, buttery graham cracker crumbs served in adorable jars, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Lime zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture, then add the key lime juice and vanilla extract.
  4. Layer graham cracker crumbs and cream cheese mixture in jars until full.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Garnish with extra graham cracker crumbs and lime zest before serving.

Notes

Serve in clear glass jars for a beautiful presentation. You can alter the layers and add fruits for decoration.
