A mouthwatering salmon dish with a sweet and spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for seafood lovers.

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Coat the salmon pieces with cornstarch in a mixing bowl.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the salmon pieces for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Make the Bang Bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
  6. Toss the cooked salmon with the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use rice flour instead of cornstarch. Adjust sriracha according to your spice preference.
