Chicken Caesar Wrap

A fresh and flavorful wrap that transforms the classic Caesar salad into a convenient meal, perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 whole wheat or gluten-free wraps or tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and marinate in lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high heat, grill chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Prepare the vegetables: Wash and chop the romaine lettuce finely.
  4. Mix the dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Assemble the wrap: Spread Caesar dressing on a tortilla, layer with sliced chicken, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Roll it up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
  7. Slice and serve: Cut the wrap in half and place seam-side down on a plate.

Notes

Store leftovers tightly wrapped in foil or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. The ingredients can be prepped ahead of time to save on assembly time.
