Burrata Bruschetta

A fresh and flavorful dish combining creamy burrata cheese, juicy tomatoes, fragrant basil, and toasted bread.

Ingredients

  • Burrata Cheese
  • Fresh Tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil
  • Baguette or Italian Bread
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by washing the tomatoes and basil. Dice the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and chiffonade the basil.
  2. Make the tomato mixture by combining the diced tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Toast the bread in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the bruschetta by placing the tomato mixture on the toasted bread and topping it with burrata.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.

Notes

For a unique twist, consider adding roasted garlic, swapping tomatoes for fruits, or incorporating pesto.
