Instructions

  1. Boil the elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente, about 7-9 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
  3. Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
