  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the apples and pumpkin by tossing diced apples with olive oil, salt, and cinnamon on a baking sheet.
  3. Sauté the onions and garlic in a large pot with olive oil over medium heat until translucent.
  4. Add the roasted apples and pumpkin to the pot; stir to combine.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add the cream and spices, stir well, and blend if desired.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
