  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Prep the strawberries by hulling and slicing them, then place in mixing bowl.
  3. Add the rinsed blueberries directly into the bowl.
  4. Cut the fresh pineapple and add to the mix.
  5. Slice the kiwi and toss it into the bowl.
  6. Make the honey lime dressing by combining honey and lime juice in a small bowl.
  7. Combine everything by drizzling the dressing over the fruits and gently tossing to coat.
  8. Let it marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
