Blueberry Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 package (3 oz) blueberry gelatin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the pretzel sticks.
  3. Combine pretzels and butter.
  4. Spread mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Bake the pretzel crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool.
  7. Make the cream cheese filling.
  8. Fold in the whipped topping.
  9. Spread the cream cheese mixture.
  10. Prepare the blueberry layer.
  11. Add the blueberries.
  12. Pour the blueberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  13. Chill and set for at least 4 hours.
