No-Bake Summer Berry Lasagna

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until completely blended.
  2. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine Cream Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  4. Prepare the Dish: Grab a 9×13-inch glass dish and lay down a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  5. Add the Cream Layer: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  6. Berry Time: Scatter one cup of mixed berries over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Repeat Layers: Add another layer of graham crackers followed by the rest of the cream cheese mixture and another cup of berries.
  8. Top It Off: Finish with a final layer of graham crackers and a sprinkle of fresh berries on top.
  9. Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or overnight.
