Maple Dijon Salmon

A succulent salmon dish with a sweet maple glaze and a hint of Dijon mustard, perfect for any dinner occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the maple Dijon mixture over each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes

You can substitute salmon with trout or other fatty fish. Experiment with adding spices or fresh herbs for a twist on flavors.
