  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash your fruits under cool running water.
  2. Prep the fruit by slicing strawberries, halving grapes, and chopping kiwi and pineapple.
  3. Mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine the fruits in a large serving bowl and gently toss.
  5. Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the mixed fruit.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.

Notes

You can prepare this ahead of time, and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
