  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep your spinach by chopping the fresh leaves or thawing and draining frozen spinach.
  2. Mix the creamy ingredients: combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  3. Season it up by adding garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper; taste as you mix.
  4. Fold in the spinach gently into the creamy mixture with a spatula.
  5. Cheesy goodness: stir in the shredded cheese until well combined without overmixing.
  6. Chill the dip in the fridge for about 30 minutes (optional) for enhanced flavors.
  7. Serve the dip in a dish with chips or veggies, and enjoy!

Notes

This dip can be made a day in advance. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and stir before serving.
