Ultimate 3-Ingredient Strawberry Mousse

A silky, dreamy dessert made with just three ingredients: fresh strawberries, heavy cream, and powdered sugar.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prep your strawberries by rinsing and hulling them.
  2. Puree the strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Add powdered sugar to the whipped cream and fold in.
  5. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half the heavy cream with Greek yogurt. This mousse can also be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
