Sweet & Savory Asian Mango Glazed Chicken Twists

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by mincing the garlic and grating the ginger. Combine the mango juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a large bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken by placing the breasts in the bowl with the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Sear the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish, drizzle with the remaining marinade, and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Garnish and serve, adding sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top before enjoying!
